Permanent eyeliner offers a hassle-free solution to beautifully defined eyes without the need for daily makeup application. Applied to the upper and/or lower lash line, it enhances your natural beauty by framing the eyes and creating the illusion of fuller, darker lashes. This technique is ideal for anyone seeking long-lasting results that withstand smudges, wear, and tear.
Our permanent eyeliner service is a multi-step process, requiring a follow-up touch-up to ensure complete, lasting results. Immediately after the procedure, expect the color to be sharper and more intense than the final outcome, as the pigment will soften over time as the skin naturally exfoliates.

The Permanent Eyeliner Process
Your appointment will begin with numbing the eyelid area, followed by a thorough cleaning. Together, you and your artist will decide on the style and color. During the procedure, your artist will carefully stretch the eyelid and apply the pigment in three passes, with ongoing numbing to maintain comfort. The entire process typically takes 2–2.5 hours, depending on the desired thickness and style. Afterward, your artist will review post-care instructions to support a smooth healing process.
Pre-Care Instructions
To ensure the best results, please follow these guidelines before your appointment:
- Arrive with no eye makeup.
- Remove contact lenses and avoid wearing them for 4+ hours post-procedure.
- Avoid Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and ibuprofen 48 hours before.
- Refrain from sun exposure and tanning one week prior.
- Remove any eyelash extensions one week before your appointment.
- Discontinue use of lash serums (such as Latisse) 1–3 months prior, as they can increase sensitivity. These can be resumed 2-4 weeks post-touchup.
Post-Care Instructions
Following your permanent eyeliner procedure, adhere to these instructions for optimal healing:
- Avoid eye makeup for at least 1 week.
- Use lint-free wipes on your eyelid area every hour for the first 3 hours.
- Apply ice as needed for swelling (use a towel wrap).
- If needed, apply a thin layer of the provided ointment on days 2 and 3.
- Allow any flaking to fall away naturally—do not pick or peel.
- Avoid excessive sweating, sun, swimming, and steam rooms until healed.
- Keep your eye area dry for the first week.
- For lasting results, schedule maintenance touch-ups as needed.
